I recently completed Level II training for this exciting NEW protocol to the US to bring the body back into balance, in many cases alleviating problems such as weak ankles, knee problems, hip and joint pain, pelvic discomforts, back, shoulder, neck pain, TMJ headaches and more. This protocol has demonstrated ability to even leg lengths and with simple shoulder techniques, increase ROM quickly! It is truly amazing and needs to be experienced to understand fully. Has been known to provide emotional releases, better sleep and clarity and generally feeling better with body alignment!
Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a protocol that was founded and developed by Hugh Gilbert, P.T.
"Imagine a technique that corrects chronic pain in minutes"
"It is the RIGHT of every human being to be in balance and have optimum health...KCR goes a long way toward helping us all to achieve that state." (Hugh Gilbert)

It is a simple, yet extremely effective process of passive stretches and mobilizations that bring the physical body back into balance quickly and easily. It begins at the feet and continues to the occipital nerve then continues to peripheral treatments to improve range of neck and shoulder motion, carpel tunnel and more. KCR has documented the ability to provide relief from pain and discomfort caused by conditions such as:
•Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
•Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
•Chronic Knee Problems
•Pain between the Shoulder Blades
•Irritable Bowel Syndrome
•Chronic Back Pain
•Chronic Groin Strains
•Chronic Neck Pain
•Recurrent Hamstring Strains
•Snoring / Sleep Apnea/Insomnia
•Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI)
•Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Experience what it can do for you!
During a KCR Session, a person rests fully clothed upon a massage table. KCR does is absent of adjustments and manipulation techniques. You are in control during the session. Every individual’s response is unique: Some feel the benefits and relief immediately and some notice differences a few minutes to a few hours after treatment.
To bring your body back into balance, especially following injury, a person may require 1-3 sessions. A person involved in high impact sports or in a job where they continually challenge their posture, may desire ongoing maintenance KCR.
After the session, Drink plenty of Water after the session to flush toxins out of joints.
Daily demonstrated stretches will sustain the benefits of KCR. You will be shown these stretches as part of your KCR session.
Why I became a Kinetic Chain Release Practitioner: To help myself and others in a holistic manner and became intrigued with the classes. KCR is a simple yet extremely effective system of passive stretches and mobilizations and stretches that brings the physical body back into balance quickly and easily. See what it can do for you! The protocol has the demonstrated ability to provide relief from pain and discomfort caused by multiple conditions such as knee problems., hip and join pain, pelvic discomforts, back, shoulder and neck discomfort.
