As a child I grew up in a family where smoke-related disease was prevalent.  Recent studies have indicated that Maine has the highest rate of asthma due to smoking and wood stoves.  A good reason to produce Smoking Cessation programs!


The Smoking Cessation Individual Program is comprised of three very different phases. This program puts you in charge of when you quit and enables you to stop smoking without weight gain, stress, withdrawal symptoms, nervousness or irritability. It helps you to realize that cigarettes contain many toxic substances, as well as caffeine and nicotine - both of which are strong stimulants.  I recommend an intake office visit at which time the Phase One is delivered for home listening until motivated to quit.  The Phase Two as an  in office Hypnosis session and The Phase Three delivered to take home for affirmations to breathe free forever.   As an alternative, depending on preference, all sessions can be staggered and  performed live in the office.  If a person does not want a live session, the 3 CDs are available as a self-hypnosis at home program. 

This program has proved very effective when delivered in stages and enables you to realize that, out of love and respect for yourself and others, you may stop smoking.


Phase One is the Motivation to quit Smoking Phase and offers dozens of hypnotic suggestions designed to motivate you to quit smoking. This motivation to quit phase gives you time to say "Good-bye" to the part of you that has wanted to smoke and "Hello" to the idea of good health and freedom from toxins. It is recommended that you listen to Phase One daily until you are eager to quit smoking. Once you are ready to quit; Set a stop smoking date; Smoke your last cigarette on your stop smoking date and then begin Phase Two.


Phase Two is the Quit Smoking Phase.

Begin listening to this CD when you are confident that you are ready to quit smoking forever. This phase makes it easy to stop smoking instantly. The first time you listen to this CD, your past career as a smoker comes to an end. You may then continue to listen to this CD daily for a week or so for reinforcement or you may begin Phase Three.ee


Phase Three features Affirmations for Remaining Smoke Free Forever. This phase is full of empowering affirmations that will make it easy for you to remain smoke free forever! Unlike Phase One and Phase Two, this CD may be listened to while driving. Listen to this program daily for 2-3 weeks after you quit, or anytime that you want to celebrate your new smoke-free status!

This session is administered to those who  have attended the Motivation to Quit and listened to the Cd for reinforcement. This phase makes it easy to stop smoking instantly. Your past career as a smoker comes to an end. Individual affirmations will be added to this session.


Phase Three is Affirmations for Remaining Smoke Free Forever.

This live session phase is full of empowering affirmations that will make it easy for you to remain smoke free forever! Unlike Phase One, this CD may be listened to while driving. Listen to this program daily for 2-3 weeks after you quit, or anytime that you want to celebrate your new smoke-free status!
